1. Project Agreement Controls
These policy terms apply to website enquiries and standard digital service engagements unless a signed proposal, statement of work, master service agreement, invoice term, subscription agreement, or written project agreement says otherwise.
If a signed or written agreement includes specific cancellation, milestone, acceptance, support, payment, or refund terms, that agreement will control for the relevant engagement.
2. Cancellations
You may request cancellation by contacting us in writing. We will review the request against the agreed scope, project stage, work completed, resources committed, and any third-party costs already incurred.
- If work has not started, cancellation may be accepted subject to payment gateway charges, administrative costs, or committed third-party costs where applicable.
- If work has started, fees may remain payable for completed work, partially completed milestones, reserved delivery capacity, consulting time, discovery work, documentation, setup, and non-cancellable third-party costs.
- For milestone-based projects, cancellation does not automatically cancel payment obligations for milestones already delivered, accepted, approved, or substantially completed.
3. Refunds
Because our work is primarily custom, digital, and service-based, refunds are reviewed case by case. A refund is not automatic once consulting time, implementation work, custom development, digital deliverables, deployment activity, configuration, or support services have been provided.
Approved refunds, if any, will normally be processed to the original payment method or another method agreed in writing. Bank, payment gateway, currency conversion, and intermediary processing timelines may affect when the refunded amount appears in your account.
4. Scope Changes And Defect Resolution
If a delivered item does not materially match an agreed written scope, we will review the issue and may provide a correction, clarification, replacement delivery, support response, credit, or other appropriate resolution depending on the agreement and project facts.
New requirements, design changes, additional integrations, third-party changes, or requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, change request, or new agreement.
5. Subscriptions, Support, And Third-Party Costs
Subscription, maintenance, hosting, support, retainer, or managed service cancellations depend on the applicable billing period and written plan terms. Unless agreed otherwise, cancellations do not automatically refund periods already used or services already made available.
Third-party licenses, hosting, APIs, payment gateway fees, cloud infrastructure, purchased assets, external tools, or vendor charges may be non-refundable once purchased, activated, consumed, or committed for a project.
